I recently had a problem with my IT set up in my office and rang 360ICT for some advice and guidance. Roy Charles, who took my call promised to get one of his technicians to call me back as soon as one was available. This was just a few days prior to Christmas break.

A very knowledgeable technician called me within 15 minutes of my initial call and gave excellent advice over the phone on how to resolve the problem and even subsequently e-mailed me some specifications for several pieces of kit which I needed to replace in order to get me up and running.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone seeking advice on ICT matters. They are courteous, well trained and very prompt at dealing with customer’s queries and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who needs technical advice and assistance.

I contacted Roy Charles of 360 ICT as I was having difficulty uploading a new website to Heart Internet a hosting company who had recently taken over the hosting of my websites.

Roy put me in touch with Ian Dow of 360 ICT who really went beyond what I expected to find a solution to my problem.

With Ian’s help I have now managed to upload the site I was impressed with his professionalism.

Client Challenge

The client wished to move from premised email and file sharing to a fully cloud hosted solution to cover its head office and it’s 24 restaurants around the Capital.

The Solution

After consultation, an MS Office 365 and a Sharepoint infrastructure was proposed by 360ict and accepted. A Project Manager was assigned and a complex plan to migrate all of the email and data from the premised systems in to the new Cloud environment was produced.

The plan initially replicated the Head Office infrastructure and setup a Company wide Sharepoint site which mapped the in-house network file sharing structure.

This ran alongside the premised systems for a period whilst data was uploaded and staff training was completed and then all Head Office Personnel were moved over to the new data locations as the legacy folders were closed off.

In parallel to the above all email accounts were migrated to Office 365, and in turn each shop then had to be configured with the new email ( and access to history ) as well as linking to the relevant folders of the new Sharepoint site as required.

The Head Office and 24 restaurants were all migrated to a full cloud solution leading to large savings in replacing infrastructure and also streamlining operations and reporting.

Petersham Nurseries is a privately owned, internationally acclaimed restaurant and garden centre. Within the Nurseries there are tea rooms and the restaurant, which a highly acclaimed Head Chef produces fine dining using produce from the Nursery. The menu’s needed to be updated and printed daily. These menu’s needed to be in keeping with the style of the Nurseries in quality and refinement in terms of print quality.

The Solution

As the incumbent IT support provider 360ict were asked to consider and make recommendations as to a Printing Solution, which would allow the staff to produce high quality looking menu’s but as cost effectively as possible.

A small Marketing Consultancy running Small Business Server needed assistance on available upgrade paths.

The owner of the agency was aware that MS SBS Server was no longer supported and that his hardware was old and needed replacing.

The Solution

One of 360ict’s Sales Team contacted the client to discuss the enquiry. After telephone discussions and information was provided so that a set of recommendations could be drafted.

A project and scope of works was set up for Activate Agency using MS Office 365 licences for which we set up email accounts and migrated over the email data for all users within the agency. File and print data was then copied off of the premised Server and moved to One Drive for Business.

Client Challenge

A privately owned group consisting of of hospitals and care homes, wanted to take advantage of a new government initiative, "Choose and Book".

The Solution

"Choose and Book" provides NHS patients access to private medical support when NHS facilities are not available.

The system allows GP’s access to consultants and services at private establishments on behalf of its NHS patient through a computerised appointment system.

360ict assigned a senior member of its team to fully explore and understand the system and the challenges faced by private providers in meeting the criteria both organisationally and technically. We consulted at Board level in advising and implementing the Choose and Book scheme within HMT’s IT strategy.
