Telephone Wiring, Engineering & Maintenance
We can recommend and install new systems by our trained telephone engineer team as well as guaranteeing the telephone wiring and cabling for 20 years.
You may be concerned as to the age and functionality of your legacy telephone system; it may even be obsolete without a viable telephone maintenance contract.
Our telephone engineer maintenance team covers all aspects of communication support from the telephone wiring and cabling to the remote and on-site attendance of a telephone engineer.
We also provide full maintenance contracts on the "end of life" Avaya Index, with dedicated engineers and access to an array of Avaya Index parts.
A 360ict telephone maintenance contract includes BT and other provider line faults, no incoming calls, power supply issues, programming problems, circuit board failures, clock resets and other failures – all parts and labour included.
We offer a 3 months free telephone maintenance and ½ days free engineering time for limited period, first come first served.
