When you buy our toner cartridges, it’s in our interests as well as yours to ensure that they work well and you get best value from them. That’s why we offer a free maintenance contract for your printer when you buy your toner from us.
The saving comes with the fact that you are not paying for full maintenance for low use printers, and that the cost of support is directly linked to the usage of your printers.
How it works
To start your FREE printer maintenance contract, just buy two full sets of toner cartridges from us. While you are using our toners, we will service and repair your printer/s absolutely FREE. The contract lasts as long as you continue to buy all your toner from us.
What’s included
- Full service of your printer/s when you start the contract and then every six months
- All parts and labour
- All consumables including fuser, transfer belt, transfer roller and pick-up rollers
- Fitting of consumables if required (except toner, which is only fitted free if we’re fixing a fault with the printer)
- Speedy 8-hour on-site response time if there’s a problem
- If we can’t fix your printer on-site within 16 hours, we’ll lend you areplacement printer
