How does it work?…
- You let us know how many desks, and type of infrastructure in use,
- We base agreement on monthly fee per desk and set up prime service portal and helpline for your organisation,
- We complete free site induction to resolve any outstanding issues and long standing faults,
- We document a site audit of all hardware and software including warranties and licence renewal,
- We collect contact details of all 3rd party ICT providers
- You receive unlimited telephone, remote and on-site support and advice regarding all ICT systems.
