Helpdesk Support


Our helpdesk support team provides a personal service to both the user and on-site system personnel and has never been quicker for us to invoke.

You may be spending a lot of time helping users, restoring systems and mailboxes, patching networks and installing software.

Most of the day to day ICT issues and problems that occur could be handled speedily by our helpdesk support team.

Our unique helpdesk support service is delivered via telephone hotline and an on-line tool to enable us to view the screen from our helpdesk support centre. Users can watch as we resolve issues remotely.

For failures which then require a site visit, our helpdesk support team will escalate the problem to our mobile team of computer, telephone and printer engineers.

We offer a 3 months free helpdesk support and ½ days free engineering time for limited period, first come first served.
